Shipping policy

Items purchased are delivered via Canada Post (nation-wide, 1-12 business days) or a major third-party shipping service (e.g. Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, etc.) We strive to ship your purchase within three business days. Standard packages will not have tracking numbers. Express packages we will contact you with the tracking information once the package is handed over to Canada Post or third-party shipper. Whenever possible, local orders will be hand delivered by a local courier service or a member of the Moon Mama team.

US customers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $15. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.
